Using private mutual funds and the contributions from interested investors, the owners of Tsumore intend to build en-suite stone-clad chalets with amenities including a restaurant, swimming pool, walking trails and animal viewing areas.

Building Phase 1
As part of the development program, a main lodge housing the reception and administrative buildings, a restaurant and initially four guest chalets.
Building Phase 2 & 3
Future extensions can be made to include a set of three additional guest chalets in each phase. In addition, living quarters will be built for the lodge employees.
